MELBA'S DELIGHT | |
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour 1 3/4 stick melted butter 1 c. chopped nuts 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix 3 c. milk (Or use two 3 ounce packages butterscotch pudding.) Combine and mix well flour, butter and nuts. Pat into bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. |
