GRASSHOPPER DELIGHT | |
1 pkg. butter cookies, crumbled 1 stick butter, melted 3 pkg. instant pistachio pudding 2 c. milk 1 qt. butter bean Ice cream Combine crumbled cookies and melted butter and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix 3 minutes with electric mixer. Pour over crumb mixture. Top with 1 large Cool Whip and on top of Cool Whip. Crush 2 Heath bars. Refrigerate until ready to use. |
