POLISH SUGAR COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Cream sugar and butter; add egg yolks and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to creamed mixture. Pinch off dough and roll walnut-size pieces. Roll in granulated sugar. Place on greased cookie sheets. Bake until set, not brown. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, depending on oven.

This recipe is really incredible, and great! I recommend adding a royal icing on top, to give it the finishing touch, but alone, the cookies taste just perfect!

Didn't like it. Cookies flatten out way too much. says pinch and place on cookie sheet. Nope! way too sticky. Not making this again unless I have time to modify maybe with more flour.
