BROCCOLI RICE PILAF 
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 pkg. rice pilaf, prepared as directed
3/4 lb. New York state sharp Cheddar

While rice is cooking, add frozen broccoli to pot. Cover and continue cooking until broccoli is tender and rice is cooked. Melt butter in pan; stir in lemon juice. Pour mixture over rice mixture and mix in grated cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
