MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 bunch broccoli flowerettes
1 head cauliflower
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 can Fingerling carrots (or fresh carrots, sliced on bias)
1 can whole green beans (or 1/2 lb. fresh beans, blanched and cooled)
1 pt. Brussels sprouts, blanched and cooled
1 pt. cherry tomatoes

Mix all of the vegetables. Pour a bottle of Wishbone Italian salad dressing over all. Refrigerate a minimum of 8 hours. Toss occasionally in marinade. Drain and serve.
