BAKED SAUSAGE PANCAKES 
1 lb. link sausages (10-12)
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. salad oil
1 3/4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Cook sausages and set aside. Beat eggs until light. Stir in milk and salad oil. Add combined flour, sugar and salt gradually to egg mixture; blend until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 15"x10" pan (jelly roll pan). Put sausages on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
