NO PEEK CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. stew meat, 1 inch pieces
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can golden mushroom soup
2 sm. cans mushroom crowns
1/2 c. burgundy wine

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Bake in a covered casserole and do not peek. Serve over egg noodles, buttered and sprinkled with parsley.
