APPLE CRUNCH SALAD 
2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) or 1 pkg. (6 oz.) strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water or apple juice (I use apple juice)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon (opt.)
1 c. diced, peeled apple
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water (or apple juice) and cinnamon and chill until thickened. Fold in apple, celery and nuts. Spoon into 6 cup mold or bowl. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Makes 5 cups or 10 servings.
