SPICED AUTUMN SALAD | |
2 sm. pkgs. lemon Jello 12 oz. Ginger Ale 6 oz. dried mixed fruit 1/2 c. white raisins 1/2 c. toasted pecans Boil 2 cups water, add 3 whole cloves, and 3 whole cinnamon sticks. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove spices. Add additional water, if necessary, to have 2 cups. Add Jello, stir to dissolve. Add Ginger Ale. Chill to consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Add dried mixed fruit, raisins, and pecans. Place in an 8 x 8 inch dish, and chill. |
