STUFFED PIZZA 
2 balls frozen bread dough from the Festive Board or 1 recipe bread dough
1 lb. sausage, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 lg. green pepper, chunked
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
8 oz. tomato sauce
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Oregano
1 clove garlic, minced

Saute sausage and drain. Add onion, pepper, mushrooms and garlic and cook until soft. Add tomato sauce and spices.

Stretch out enough dough to extend almost 2" over edge of pizza pan. Spread sausage mixture over the dough and top with cheese. Roll out remaining dough to the size of the pan and place over top of the pizza. Fold bottom dough over the top and seal. Rub the top of pizza with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake in 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes, or until top is browned.
