GABRIEL'S HEALTHY GRANOLA 
13 cups rolled oats
3 cups chopped or sliced nuts
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, melted
1 1/2 cups honey
1/4 cup molasses
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour

Mix all ingredients, except oats and nuts, in a large mixing bowl until the lumps are gone. Then mix in the oats and the nuts. Spread it on a cookie sheet about 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick.

Bake at 300°F stirring it every 10 minutes until it is as hard as you want it. Allow to cool and store in a sealed container.

Variation: I like to put berries and coconut in it. You can do that if you like.
