MEATBALLS PARMIGIANO 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) wide noodles
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. soft white bread crumbs
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
8 oz. Mozzarella

Cook noodles, arrange in 12 x 8 x 2 inch pan. In hot oil in large skillet, saute onion until tender, add tomatoes, spaghetti sauce and boil.

In medium bowl, combine egg, 1/4 cup water, bread crumbs, meat, 1/4 cup Parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix slightly. Shape into 24 meatballs. Add meatballs to sauce. Simmer 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spoon meatballs over noodles. Cover with cheese slices. Pour on sauce. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
