MOTHER'S DAY MEAT 
Round steak
Onions, sliced
Chopped mushrooms
Salt & pepper
Golden mushroom soup

Pound steak and cut in bite size pieces. Lightly flour and brown in skillet in oil. (May saute onions if you want.) Pour some of mushroom soup in baking dish. Add meat and onions and any juices from meat. Pour over rest of soup plus 1/2 can water. Add mushrooms. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
