PIZZABURGERS 
4 lbs. spiced or chip chopped ham
2 lbs. cheese
8 lbs. ground beef
1 tbsp. oregano
#10 can spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. dry parsley
Pinch garlic salt
100 hamburger buns, split

1. Grind luncheon loaf and cheese.

2. Brown the ground beef.

3. Combine luncheon loaf, cheese and ground beef.

4. Add remaining ingredients.

5. Place hamburger buns open face on tray.

6. Place mixture on buns, using #16 scoop (1/4 cup).

7. Bake at 450 F. for approximately 12 minutes.
