MOLDED CHEF'S SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon or lime Jello
2 tsp. salt
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
3 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. cooked ham, thinly sliced
3/4 c. cheese, thinly sliced
1/4 c. red onion, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, thinly sliced

Dissolve Jello and salt in boiling water; add cold water and vinegar. Chill until thick. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into 5 cup mold and chill until firm, at least 6 hours.
