LUMPIA
1 lb. bean sprouts
1 lb. fresh green beans
4 carrots
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1 sm. bowl
1 plate or pan
1 bag lumpia wrappers (you can get this at a grocery store or an oriental store)

In a small bowl, crack the egg (leave yolk, use only the egg white). Cook the 4 ingredients (hamburger, fresh green beans, carrots, and bean sprout) in oil. When the ingredients are cooked, drain the oil in a strainer. After that is finished draining, take out the wrapping for the lumpia - it should be softened. To separate the wrappings, you must unstick them, it will be difficult. Take off the wrappings and lay it in a diamond shape. Take a spoon, scoop some of the food on the spoon. Put some of the food on the wrapper about half way toward the middle.

Roll the wrapping with the food, don't roll it all the way when you get to the middle of the wrapping, fold the corners in the right and left of you. Then roll when you get to the tip of the wrapping, dip your fingers in the bowl of egg white past it on the tip of the wrapping where you stopped. Then you are ready to roll the rest of the wrapping. When you are through with that, then start on the next if you wish. When you are through wrapping all the lumpias, set it on the plate or pan. Then all you have to do is deep fry it for 3 to 4 minutes or until you think its ready. When it is cooked, you are ready to serve your family or yourself.
