PEPPERED LONDON BROIL 
1 London Broil (2 to 3 lb.)
1 tbsp. fresh ground pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. olive oil

Brush steak with olive oil. Combine seasonings and rub on both sides of steak. Chill until ready to grill. Cook over medium-hot coals until desired doneness is achieved. Slice the steak in thin strips and serve with the juice from the meat.

For extra flavor, meat can marinate overnight for extra flavor.
