SAUSAGE BALLS 
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 tsp. salt

Let cheese stand until pliable. Add biscuit mix, sausage, and salt. Shape into small balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Roll in crushed pecans (optional).
