IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR 
1 3/4 c. of your favorite bourbon
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk, sweetened condensed (not evaporated milk)
1 c. (1/2 pt.) half & half milk
4 eggs
2 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Place all ingredients into blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Makes one quart. Keep refrigerate. Don't improvise. Don't substitute. Shake well before serving. Will last up to 6 weeks.
