IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR | |
1 3/4 c. scotch whiskey 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk 2 c. whipping cream 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup 2 tsp. instant coffee 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. almond extract In blender, combine ingredients, blend until smooth. Serve over ice. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Stir before serving. Makes approximately 4-5 cups. |
