BANANA NUT BREAD 
2 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. Crisco oil
2/3 c. buttermilk
3 lg. bananas, mashed
3 eggs
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Combine flour, sugar, oil, buttermilk, and bananas; beat eggs and add to mixture along with the flavoring. Fold in walnuts and bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
