CHILI EGG PUFF 
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. cottage cheese or Ricotta
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1/2 c. butter, melted
Green chilies (to taste), drained and diced

Beat eggs until light. Add all other ingredients. Place in 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cut and serve. Yield 10-12 servings.
