PICKLED EGGS 
1/4 pt. cider vinegar
3/4 pt. white vinegar
1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. each of cinnamon, allspice and mace
2 doz. hard boiled eggs, peeled

Boil eggs very hard and peel. Put spices in a bag and boil several minutes in the water. Add both vinegars and pour over eggs. Cover and keep in refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
