MICROWAVE LASAGNA | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef (browned) 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce 1/2 c. water Mix above in one bowl. 16 oz. cottage cheese 1 egg, beaten 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 12 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese (shredded) 1 box lasagna noodles (uncooked) In 9x13 glass pan spread 1/2 cup meat sauce in bottom of the dish, put 4 uncooked noodles on top. Add 1/2 of cottage cheese mixture, top with Mozzarella. Next add 1/2 of the remaining meat sauce. Then 4 more noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella and end up with the meat sauce. Cover and cook on high for 8 minutes. Then cook on medium (roast) for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Can be frozen and cooked later, or cooked and frozen then reheated. Keeps in refrigerator up to 2 to 3 days. |
