CHANGE-OF-PACE VEGETABLES 
Take your favorite frozen vegetables, any kind as long as they are not in any sauce. Microwave or steam until almost tender. Take Shake 'n Bake (chicken flavor is best) and shake the vegetables in bag. Use 3/4 of mix for large package of vegetables, 1/2 mix for small package vegetables. Stir fry 3 minutes in butter.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
