2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. angel flake coconut

Blend all ingredients except coconut for 3 minutes in mixer. Pour into well greased large pie pan. Spread coconut over top. Let stand for 5 minutes. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
