1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
8 c. Quaker Oat squares
1 1/2 c. thin pretzels sticks
1 1/2 c. peanuts
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese, optional
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce may also be used optionally

Heat oven to 325 degrees. In 9 x 13 inch pan melt butter in oven. Remove pan, stir in seasoning. Add cereal, pretzels, and peanuts. Stir until well coated. (Sprinkle with cheese if desired and mix well.) Bake 20 minutes stirring twice. Cool completely. Store in tightly covered container and keep at room temperature.

Microwave directions: Melt butter in 4 quart bowl at high 1 minute. Stir in seasonings, add cereal, pretzels and nuts. Coat well. Microwave 6 to 7 minutes at high. Stir every 2 minutes.
