HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
2 lbs. beef cubes
1/2 c. beef broth
2 sm. cans tomato juice
2 green peppers, diced
1 can stewed tomatoes, drained
1 med. onion, cut in quarters
1 lb. carrots, sliced
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. paprika
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. caraway seeds

Put all ingredients into large pot. Cover and simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours until tender. Suggested serving over broad noodles.
