SWEET BRAIDED RAISIN BREAD 
1/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast

Put together per yeast instructions. 1/4 c. corn oil 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. salt 5 c. flour 2 c. raisins

Put all wet ingredients in bowl; beat with 1 beater at egg speed. Adding flour gradually at high speed, until dough is thick and smooth. Put remaining flour on table/board/counter. Pour dough onto floured surface. Knead dough. After kneading (about 3-5 minutes), place in slightly oiled bowl, cover until double in size.

Knead and break into 6 balls. Let raise 20 minutes and roll into strips to braid into 2 loaves, let raise until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes and brush with melted butter when removed from the oven.
