OVEN MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground chuck
1/2 c. long grain rice, uncooked
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dried Italian herb seasoning
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 c. water

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine beef, rice, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and chopped onion. Shape in meat balls and place in 2-quart casserole. Mix soup and water. Pour over meat balls. Cover tightly. Bake for 45 minutes or until done. Makes 18-20.
