OVEN CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. cashews, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. pimento
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1 c. French fried onions
Paprika

Mix all ingredients together except 1/2 cup onion rings and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions and paprika. Bake 5 minutes longer. Serve with vegetable or salad.
