CAN'T HAVE CHRISTMAS WITHOUT IT

JELLO:

2 sm. pkgs. raspberry Jello
3 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen raspberries

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 c. mini marshmallows

JELLO: Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add frozen raspberries and firm Jello in a serving dish in the refrigerator.

For the topping: Mix the cream cheese with the sugar. Incorporate the whipped cream gradually. Fold in the marshmallows and spread the topping over the Jello.

Try as we might, our family never passes through the holidays without this treat.
