CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE SOUP 
4 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. sage
8 drops hot sauce
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced green pepper
1 c. mushrooms (can use canned)
2 cans tomato soup, undiluted
1 1/2 c. water
3 c. cooked chicken
2 links or patties hot sausage, browned
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 c. sliced pimento-stuffed olives

Bring first 7 ingredients to a boil and simmer 30 minutes. Add the next 4 ingredients and simmer 5-10 minutes. Add the last 2 ingredients. Yield: 10-12 servings. Can be frozen.
