MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1 med. pkg. Doritos
1 sm. can Rotel tomatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 onion
1 stick butter
1 lg. can Pet milk

Brown ground beef and put aside. Lightly brown onion in butter. Put Doritos in casserole dish. Mix Rotel soup and milk in a pan, heat together until hot. Put beef on top of chips, then butter and onion, then pour sauce over it and top with grated cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
