CHICKEN PARMIGIANO 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. corn flakes
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lbs. chicken cutlets
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. tomato sauce

Combine corn flakes, cheese, salt and pepper. Dip chicken cutlets in egg, then crumb mixture. Fry cutlets in butter until browned on both sides. Place in baking dish, put slice of cheese on each cutlet and cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
