BALSAMIC REDUCTION SAUCE | |
1 cup balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar In a small saucepan, combine vinegar and sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, stirring occasionally and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let sauce thicken as it cools. Optional: Add 1 tablespoon butter to 1/4 cup of sauce and pour over steak. Submitted by: Dr. Steve Peters |
