PEAR MINCEMEAT 
4 lb. pears
3 lb. apples
4 med. oranges
2 lb. raisins (scant)
5 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves

Put all unpeeled fruit through the food chopped. (I peeled the pears.) Stir to combine all. Bring to boil; simmer 1 hour until thick. Makes 8 pints. I froze mine.
