CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
3 lg. chicken breasts, boneless
6 thin slices lean baked ham
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese (in sticks)
1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. water
2/3 c. white wine
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 chicken bouillon cube
Dash garlic powder
10-15 fresh mushrooms

Place chicken a board and lightly pound each piece to 1/4 inch thickness. Season with salt. Place a ham slice and a cheese stick on each breast. Tuck in the sides; roll and press to seal. Tie securely. Coat with flour; lightly browned in butter.

Place in baking dish. In skillet stir in mushrooms and remaining ingredients. Heat and pour over chicken. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until tender.
