MEAT AND BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1 can pork & beans
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped

Saute onions. Brown meat with onions. In a separate bowl, combine vinegar, Worcestershire and catsup. Drain fat from beef. Add catsup mixture to beef and bring to a boil. Add pork & beans and pepper. Bring to a boil again. Pour into a casserole and bake for 20 minutes at 300 degrees.
