CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
1 pkg. Holly Farms chicken breast fillets
1 pkg. boiled ham
1 pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick butter
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Italian seasoning
1 egg
8 oz. cream cheese

Flatten chicken breast to 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on chicken. Take a slice of ham and cheese, and place on chicken and roll up. Secure with a toothpick. Dip chicken into beaten egg, then roll in bread crumbs. Melt butter in skillet and brown chicken on all sides. Place chicken in a casserole dish. Mix cream cheese, cream of chicken soup and butter drippings from browning and pour over chicken.

Bake 45 minutes at 350°F.
