1 ham bone and ham chunks
4 stalks celery, diced

4 or 5 potatoes, cubed
4 allspice
4 peppercorns

Water

Bring all to a boil. Add 2 tablespoons flour to a little water to make a paste. Add to soup. Add 1/2 cup sour cream to soup. Add potato flakes later to thicken soup.
