CRISPY OVEN CHICKEN 
3 to 3 1/2 lbs. cut up chicken
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. instant potatoes
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter
Celery leaves or parsley for garnish

Wash chicken, drain. Beat egg and milk. In another bowl mix potato flakes, garlic salt, cheese. Roll chicken in egg batter, then in potato mix. Melt butter in shallow baking pan, roll coated chicken in butter and place in pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Add garnish if desired. Makes 4 servings.
