INSTANT GOURMET 
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/4 c. minced onions
1 c. chopped apple
2 lb. bulk pork sausage
Scrambled eggs
Snip of parsley
Spiced stemmed crabapples (for color)

Beat eggs lightly. Add milk, cracker crumbs and mix well. Stir in minced onion, chopped apple. Add sausage. Mix gently to combine all ingredients. Pat into greased 6 cup ring mold to shape. Unmold on large shallow baking pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Fill center with scrambled eggs, then add a snip of parsley and crabapples for color. Serve with rolls.
