BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 cans cream style corn or 1 can cream style corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. onion or celery flakes
1 tsp. salt or garlic salt
Pepper to taste
1 stick butter
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Combine thawed broccoli with eggs, corn, onion flakes, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter and 1 1/2 cups stuffing mix. Then blend the two mixtures together lightly with spoon. Spread into a 13 x 9 inch pan and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of stuffing mix over top. Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
