CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. Cool Whip
Chocolate syrup

Boil water and butter. Remove from heat. Stir in flour and eggs, beating and adding one at a time.

Spread in greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. Cool about 30 minutes.

Prepare 1 large package instant vanilla pudding, adding only 2 1/2 cups milk. Whip in 8 ounce cream cheese. Spread over cooled layer. Top with Cool Whip and drizzle chocolate syrup over top.
