PORK CHOP BAKE 
4 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
4 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 env. onion-mushroom or beefy mushroom soup mix
1 1/2 c. water

In large skillet, brown chops and drain. In greased 2 quart oblong dish arrange potatoes, then chops. Mix soup with water and pour over chops. Bake covered for 1 hour. Serves 4.
