MINCEMEAT 
3-4 c. chopped boiled beef
3 c. whole raisins
3 c. chopped raisins (not ground)
4 c. currants
4 c. brown sugar
1 c. molasses
9 c. chopped apples
3 c. meat liquor
6 tsp. salt
6 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. mace
1 1/2 tsp. cloves
3 lemons, grated rind & juice
1/2 citron chopoons
3 c. choppoons suet

Mix all together well and add enough cider to make moist. Cook until apples and raisins are soft. Can and seal. Makes about 6 quarts.
