MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 can cream style corn
2 lb. ground chuck or beef
1/2 c. of green peppers
1 c. onions
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. jalapeno peppers

Saute green peppers, onion, ground beef. Next mix cornmeal just like preparing corn bread but his time add cream style corn, peppers, cheese.

Now, mix all ingredients together and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
