CHICKEN BREASTS SUPREME 
6 whole chicken breasts (debone) and cut in half
2 c. commercial sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, pressed
4 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 c. coarse bread crumbs, about
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening

Mix sour cream, lemon juice, garlic and seasonings. Add deboned chicken breasts and refrigerate overnight. Next day, roll sour cream coated chicken in crumbs. Place in shallow pan. Melt shortening and butter together, spoon over chicken. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes; baste with butter mixture and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Serves 12 great party fare.
