SPINACH MOUSSE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. dream whip
1/2 tsp. salt
Sm. pinch pepper
2 tbsp. fine chopped onion
1 c. chopped, raw spinach

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and vinegar. Chill to egg-white consistency. Blend in bowl the mayonnaise, sour cream, whipped cream, seasoning, onion, and spinach. Adjust seasoning to taste. When gelatin is partially jelled, add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Mold and chill. ENJOY!!
